An Education in Fine Food and Beer!
Brewmaster's Dinners showcase award-winning beers paired with seasonal signature food items from our kitchen experts. Guests receive a complete tour of our state-of-the-art brewery, informative and entertaining information on the history of brewing in Cleveland, plus delicious cuisine complemented with a tasting of GLBC and "special guest" craft brews. In addition, guests receive a different parting gift each month to commemorate the evening. A wonderful evening out!
What You Need To Know To Attend A Brewmaster's Dinner:
- Guests do not have to be 21 years of age to attend, but guests must be at least 21 years of age with valid IDs to participate in the beer tasting. IDs are checked before dinner. No ID, No Beer Tasting, No Exceptions.
- These Tuesday evening dinners are $50.00/person (tax and gratuity included) and are limited to 40 people per dinner.
- All sessions begin promptly at 6:45 PM sharp.
- Brewmaster's Dinners are held in our Rockefeller Room or Beer Garden (guests are informed upon check-in).
- Reservations must be made online. Reservations must be held with a valid credit card, which will be charged before the event. Registration and payment for Brewmaster's Dinners are non-refundable and non-transferable to a later date. NOTE: GLBC gift cards cannot be redeemed for Brewmaster's Dinners.
- Registered guests must confirm their reservation in person in the our Gift Shop (adjacent to the Brewpub) at least 15 minutes prior to the Brewmaster's Dinner.
- Cash bar available.
- Menu and beer selections are subject to change based on seasonality. Menu cannot be substituted.
