The smoke-free Brewpub at Great Lakes Brewing Company offers guests of all ages a memorable dining experience from start to finish. Guests can dine in a variety of historic Victorian style areas, whether in the Brewhouse with a spectacular view of smaller brewing tanks, the Taproom with the antique Tiger Mahogany bar or the new eco-friendly Beer Garden complete with a retractable roof, straw bale wall and radiant heat floor and fireplace.
The entire Brewpub is full of historic brewing memorabila and artifacts, and the serving and bartending staff are knowledgeable about the history of Great Lakes Brewing Company, the delicious menu and the award-winning craft beers and quality wines. The menu offers an array of locally produced food choices each complemented with one of the nine beers on tap at the Brewpub. To top off the evening, GLBC offers mouthwatering desserts including the famous Bread Pudding with Bourbon Butter Sauce, the Edmund Fitzgerald Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream and homemade pastries. Guests can also enjoy tours of GLBC's brewing facilities on Fridays and Saturdays.
