Autumn Crush

INGREDIENTS

-1.5 oz Watershed Distillery Bourbon
-0.5 oz Peach Liqueur
-0.5 oz Lemon Juice
-0.5 C honey (for Honey Syrup) – 0.75 oz for recipe
-Great Lakes Cran Orange Wheat for beer topper
-Lemon wheel for garnish

METHOD

Making the Honey Syrup

  1. Choose your honey. Keep in mind that different honey has different flavors to complement your cocktail! (Pssst. Check out the Great Lakes gift shop to see what local honey might be in stock!)
  2. Add equal parts honey and water to a medium saucepan. We recommend using about 1/2 cup of each so you have leftovers after your cocktail making is complete!
  3. Stir until honey dissolves.
  4. Let cool and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge.

Making the Autumn Crush (Serves One)

  1. Add Watershed bourbon, peach liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup to your shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake for about 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a separate glass with ice.
  4. Top with Cran Orange Wheat.
  5. Garnish with a lemon, serve, and enjoy every sip!
