Originally brewed in GLBC’s Brewhouse No. 1 alongside our friends at Fulton Brewery in Minneapolis, our Baltic Porter recipe calls for some molasses and our proprietary lager yeast, giving it a smooth, creamy feel. A style originally brewed by the countries bordering the Baltic Sea–but we kindly ask that you don’t try and make us name them all.
