1 Pie Crust (Classic or Graham Cracker)
15 oz. Pumpkin Purée
4 Eggs
1/2 C Sour Cream
1/2 C Christmas Ale
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/8 tsp Pepper
3/4 C Honey
1/2 C Heavy Cream

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, rotating halfway through. When finished, the filling should spring back when you lightly touch the top. For more festive flavor, garnish with whipped cream and sugared cranberries.
