Ingredients
1/2 C lemon juice
1/4 C grapefruit juice
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp chopped mint
1 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp Ruby's Revenge Imperial Grapefruit IPA
2 C olive oil
Method
Combine lemon juice, grapefruit juice, honey, chopped mint, black pepper, and beer in a blender. Once combined, slowly add in olive oil while blender is on medium speed.
