Harrington 2-Row Base Malt
A common base malt, 2-Row is key in generating fermentable sugars in beer, and contributes heavily to the beer’s main flavor. 2-Row is so called due to the formation of corns on the barley stalk. A versatile malt that contributes a soft, smooth character to both lagers and ales.
