Bakery and Beer Pairing with Leavened

Enjoy four unique baked good and beer pairings at a special Hop College class featuring our friends at Leavened. Learn about the many connections between bread and beer with Leavened co-owner Ian Herrington while tasting baked goods alongside GLBC beers perfectly paired by Great Lakes Brewing Co.’s very own Cicerone® certified Beer Educators. Which came first, bread or beer? You’ll have to attend to find out!

Each ticket includes:

– Four 5 oz. beers, paired with four baked goods from Leavened

– Pickle Rye Bread with Cold Rush Premium Light Lager

– Chocolate Cherry Sourdough with Blackout Stout Imperial Stout

– Hot Cross Bun with Eliot Ness Amber Lager

– Rosemary Focaccia with Cran Orange Wheat

– One Hop College exclusive glass to take home

– Hop College notebook, available as an add on
