Enjoy four unique hot dog and beer pairings at a special Hop College with our friends at FrankieLynn.

At this Hop College, you’ll learn all about FrankieLynn with Chef Lloyd Foust while exploring food and beer pairing principles with our GLBC Beer Educators- all while enjoying some hot dog and beer pairings!

Each ticket includes:

• Four 5 oz. beers, paired with four mini hot dogs from FrankieLynn, including:

  •  Dort Light + The Classic
    Our award-winning Dortmunder recipe, reimagined into an easy-drinking light lager with balanced sweet malt and dry hop character (2.9% ABV, 15 IBU). Paired with The Classic, topped with Cleveland Ketchup, POP Mustards Deli Style Mustard, and Garlic Dill Relish.

  • 73 Kölsch + Faux-lish Boy
    A crisp, refreshing Kölsch (5.7% ABV, 20 IBU) paired with the Faux-lish Boy, featuring slaw made with POP Mustards Original IPA Mustard, Great Lakes Dortmunder Gold BBQ Sauce, garlic aioli, and crushed Hartville Potato Chips on a rye and corn bun.

  • Oktoberfest + Hot Kraut Dog
    Our take on the classic German-style Märzen, rich with malty, toasty autumn flavors (6.5% ABV, 20 IBU). Served alongside the Hot Kraut Dog for a pairing that captures the spirit of Oktoberfest.

  •  Midwest IPA + Dad Style
    A balanced, easy-drinking IPA brewed with a sensible amount of hops (7.0% ABV, 45 IBU). Paired with Dad Style, featuring lemon basil, sweet relish, Bertman Ballpark Mustard, Great Lakes Dortmunder Gold BBQ Sauce, and diced raw onion.

GLBC mustard and BBQ Sauces are available as add-ons.
