Enjoy four unique charcuterie and beer pairings at a special Hop College with our friends at The Import Store at the West Side Market. At this collaborative class, you’ll learn all about the Import Store with owners Edward and Grace Kroeger while exploring food and beer pairing principles with our GLBC Beer Educators- all while enjoying some charcuterie and beer pairings!
Each $35 ticket includes:
Four 5 oz. beers, paired with four small bites from The Import Store, including:
- Mexican Lager with Lime with Fishwife Smoked Trout with Red Chimichurri
- Strawberry Pineapple Wheat with Delice de Bourgogne, a triple cream Brie from France, and Genoa salami
- Rally Drum Shandy with Goat Gouda and Castelvetrano Olives
- Midwest Hazy IPA with Spanish Chorizo, 3-month aged Manchego cheese, and Piparras peppers

Payment is non-refundable, and event date and time is non-transferable. Please allow time to find parking and arrive at least 10 minutes before the class.
Don’t forget your ID! Guests must be 21 or older with a valid ID to consume or purchase alcohol. Guests without a valid ID at check-in will not receive beer samples. No guest under 21 will be permitted to consume alcohol; no exceptions.
