Our Vegan Brewmaster’s Dinner is back by popular demand! Join us on Tuesday, May 13 at 6PM for a five-course, plant-based meal perfectly paired with GLBC beers. Carefully crafted by our chefs, this special menu is paired with seasonal and year-round beers expertly selected by our brewers to complement each course. Experience the full spectrum of classic beer and food pairing flavors with an entirely plant-based menu, featuring numerous freshly harvested ingredients from our local farm partners.
Each $85 ticket includes your five-course dinner paired with 5 oz. pours of each beer. Menu below:

We are proud to use fresh, local produce, and our menu reflects this seasonal availability. Unfortunately, menu items at Brewmaster’s Dinner cannot be substituted.
Guests without a valid ID at check-in will not receive beer samples, but guests under 21 are welcome to attend Brewmaster’s Dinner.
Payment is non-refundable, and event date is non-transferable.
GLBC gift cards cannot be redeemed for Brewmaster’s Dinner or other events.
