24 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 C Midwest IPA
1 1 oz. packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
1 C cooked bacon, finely chopped
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 C sour cream

1 1 oz. packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
1 C cooked bacon, finely chopped

1 C sour cream
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, beer, and ranch dressing seasoning. Beat with an electric mixer for a few minutes until smooth and creamy. Add bacon, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix on low until fully blended. Serve with your favorite vegetables, crackers, and chips (and of course a fresh Midwest IPA).
