We have so much to celebrate this spring. Our refreshed packaging release is just around the corner, Rye of the Tiger IPA will hit shelves soon, baseball season is almost here, and a brand new Spring Variety Pack debuts next week just before we kick off our 2015 Green Tour.
At Great Lakes we hold a lot of things sacred, like the history of our taproom and production facility, and the many stories we’ve shared with our co-workers and customers over 26 years. Oh, and beer. We really love beer.
When it comes to refreshing our label artwork, how can we distill…er, brew 27 years of history into 14 distinct new labels, while maintaining consistency and celebrating each beer’s individual story? That’s a job for the talented and affable Darren Booth.
Have you ever traveled out of town and ordered a beer from your favorite hometown brewery, only to find that it doesn’t taste the same as it does back home? You might be surprised to learn that quality control extends far beyond the bottling line.
