BBQ Deviled Eggs


- 12 eggs, boiled and peeled
- ¼ C mayonnaise
- 1/3 C finely chopped smoked pulled pork from Dee-Jays Meats (or other pre-cooked brand)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald BBQ Sauce
- cilantro (for garnish)


Halve eggs and remove yolks, setting aside. In a bowl, mash egg yolks with mayonnaise. Stir in pork, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and BBQ sauce. Spoon yolk mixture evenly into egg white halves. Garnish with cilantro.
