Turntable Pils Asian Marinade Flank Steak

- 1 C Soy sauce
- 1 C Turntable Pils
- 4 Flank steaks
- Fresh ginger root (about 1 inch in length) peeled and minced
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1/4 C Scallions, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seed oil
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)

In a mixing bowl combine the soy sauce beer and sesame oil. Whisk together. The oil will rise to the top. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl (reserving the sesame seeds). Place the steaks into a zipper-locking bag and pour the marinade over. Press out as much air as you can before locking. Let the steaks marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours. Heat your grill to medium-high. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes, then rotate the meat 90 degrees and cook another 2-3 minutes. Flip and repeat on the other side. The steaks may take longer or shorter depending on the thickness of the meat. Once the meat is cooked let it sit away from the heat from 5 minutes before cutting. Cut the meat on a bias and serve over rice, topping with sesame seeds and scallions.
