Holy Moses Salsa


1 large cucumber diced

1 medium jalapeño diced

1 red bell pepper diced

1/2 red onion diced

1/2 cup cilantro chopped (or more to taste)

6 oz. Holy Moses White Ale

Juice of 2 limes

1 1/2 tsp ground coriander

2 tsp cumin

Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and chill for 45 minutes to an hour before serving.
