12 oz Cloud Cutter Hoppy Wheat Ale
3 oz orange flavored rum (or white rum)
2 oranges quartered
4 Tbsp fresh mint, torn into small pieces
4 Tbsp sugar
Splash of lemon-lime soda
Makes two cocktails. Place 2 Tbsp mint, 2 orange quarters, and 2 Tbsp of sugar into each glass. Muddle the sugar, mint, and orange together. Fill the glasses with ice and squeeze 2 orange slices into each glass. Add 1.5 oz rum and 6 oz Cloud Cutter Ale to each glass. Stir well and top with a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with remaining orange wedges.
