Brewed in collaboration with our 2nd shift bottlers, Xibalba is adventurously complex yet delightfully restrained. Brewed with mesquite smoked malt, chocolate malt, and debittered black malt for a rich chocolate and coffee flavor, this Imperial Mole Stout uses Morita, guajillo, and ancho chiles for a subtle spice kick that makes its presence felt shortly after each sip. The use of muscovado sugar helps balance the big flavors of Xibalba with a gentle sweetness. Part of our Small Batch Pilot System series.
