Join us for a special Great Lakes Brewing Co. Brewmaster's Dinner at the Pint Size Farm at Hale Farm & Village on October 8 at 6PM.
Enjoy a five-course menu specially crafted by our chefs, paired with seasonal and year-round beers carefully selected by our brewers to complement each course. October's menu will feature a variety of vegetables, herbs, and spices grown and harvested at our very own Pint Size Farm at Hale Farm & Village. Surrounded by the stunning views of the Cuyahoga Valley, guests will enjoy the aromas and the flavors of our farm fresh ingredients right at the source. You may even spot our chef plucking a garnish for your next course!

Stuffed cucumber with shrimp ceviche, chilies, and margarita dressing
Paired with: Turntable Pils
Grilled scallop two ways:
Sweet basil purée and red pepper jam
Beet coulis and whipped sweet potato
Paired with: Holy Moses White Ale
Couscous with farm-picked vegetables, Bibb lettuce, and chimichurri
Paired with: Raspberry Hibiscus Ale
Stuffed squash with curried lentils, radish salad, and cilantro purée
Paired with: Oktoberfest
Sweet potato, mascarpone, and orange marmalade
Apple brandy and cinnamon whipped cream
Paired with: Edmund Fitzgerald Porter

We are proud to use fresh, local produce, and our menu reflects this seasonal availability. Unfortunately, menu items at Brewmaster’s Dinner cannot be substituted.
Guests without a valid ID at check-in will not receive beer samples, but guests under 21 are welcome to attend Brewmaster’s Dinner.
Payment is non-refundable, and event date is non-transferable.
GLBC gift cards cannot be redeemed for Brewmaster’s Dinner or other events.
