Burning River Marinade

Burning River Pale Ale Marinade

- 1 12 oz. bottle Burning River Pale Ale
- ½ C white vinegar
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 2 tbsp basil
- ½ tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 C olive oil


Combine all ingredients except oil in blender. On medium speed, slowly add oil. Marinate chicken or fish in marinade for up to (but not exceeding) 12 hours. Cook fish or chicken on grill or stovetop and serve with fresh vegetables for a refreshing, well-rounded meal.
