In case you're curious about our holiday hours, here they are! And in spite of what your Google search might say at the moment, we ARE open on Saturdays.
Wet Hop American Summer™
A wet, hot summer makes for a great wet hop in the fall. Our Ohio City and Pint Size farms provide both fresh produce for our brewpub and fresh American hops for our brewing vessels. After our fall harvest, the hops are carried straight to Brewhouse No. 1 to brew our Wet Hop American Summer. Hops vary by season. A special thanks to Cleveland-born director David Wain and to Camp Firewood for the inspiration.

Spotlight Ingredient
Crystal 45 Malt
Instead of drying in the kiln, crystal grains are mashed in their husks—stewed in warm water to allow the starch to convert to sugars. Then the malt is roasted in a drum to caramelize the sugars. Contributes to color and adds sweeter aroma and flavor.
